PERSONAL CARE MOT

If you are employed to support someone who cannot easily explain what they want you to do for example a person with dementia or a person with learning difficulties and high support needs, you may find it helpful to use the Basic Personal Care MOT booklet produced by Nottinghamshire County Learning Disability Partnership Board and Nottinghamshire NHS. You can see or download this from the Nottinghamshire County Council's website or you can ring 0115 8542263 for a paper copy.
