Picking your Pathways
Through the Picking your Pathways project funded by Skills for Care, ARC and ILA (Independent Living Alternatives) held consultations attended by PAs, PA employers and family carers across England to identify good training currently available for PAs. In addition we asked PAs, PA employers and family carers to complete in depth questionnaires.
The project resulted in PA Net developing a website offering some advice on training for PAs and a database of training providers. To visit the website click here.
The training providers database is being continually updated.
